Who we are:

DKP Mortgage and Real Estate is a 10 year old California Department of Real Estate licensed Broker. 

Our main office is in Folsom, California.   Approximately 25 miles east of Sacramento at the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.  We have an office in Los Angeles to serve the Southern California clients.

We specialize in Residential Real Estate and Mortgages as well as Commerical Real Estate and Mortgages.

All of our agents are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
