Minimum of 1 year mortgage lending experience as a   Department of Real Estate Licensed Loan Officer.   Commissioned based and commission splits based on experience.   Generous splits and increase splits based on performance, not time on the job.

Real Estate Agent:

 Must be Department of Real Estate Licensed.  Commissioned based and commission splits based on experience.  Generous splits and increase splits based on performance, not time on the job.

Loan Analyst:

Minimum of 1 year Loan processing/telemarketing experience in the lending industry.  Pay based on loans processed.
